We know how frustrating it can be when something doesn’t quite meet your expectations. That’s why we’ve made our return process as smooth as possible.

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have a further 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount excluding shipping costs.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all accessories supplied and — if reasonably possible — in its original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to sell the product, we may pass on this depreciation of the product to you. Please handle the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returned.

To exercise this right, please contact us at info@eponia.se. We will then refund the amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has been returned in good order.

Handcrafted from full-grain black or brown leather with stainless steel or solid brass hardware — built to age beautifully alongside you and your horse.





Care & Materials

Our pieces are made from full-grain vegetable-tanned and LWG-certified leather, finished with stainless steel or solid brass hardware. Wipe clean with a soft, slightly damp cloth and condition regularly with a natural leather balm. Avoid prolonged exposure to water and direct sunlight to preserve the leather’s colour and suppleness over time.





Production Process

Leather is sourced by Eponia, we are in direct contact with European tanneries. Every piece is cut, stitched, and finished by hand by skilled craftsmen, using traditional saddlery techniques. From leather selection to the final polish, each product passes through careful quality checks before it leaves our workshop.





Returns

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason, and a further 14 days to return the product.
