Shipping

We know that shipping can be a bit of a hassle, but we’ve got your back. With years of experience on the global market, performing on selected global platforms and used Scandinavian Postnord, tracked service for global shipping, for many years – we know this works!

Here’s how we handle things:

Within and outside the EU

  • Shipping costs are approx € / $ 15*
  • Orders over 1200 SEK approx € 120 / $ 130* ship for free – using Postnord, tracked service.
  • Again, we’ll have your order winging its way to you within 3 working days.
  • Please note that November is our busiest shipping period. All carriers experience increased demand at this time of year, so deliveries may take a few extra days. We appreciate your patience!

Care & Materials

Our pieces are made from full-grain vegetable-tanned and LWG-certified leather, finished with stainless steel or solid brass hardware. Wipe clean with a soft, slightly damp cloth and condition regularly with a natural leather balm. Avoid prolonged exposure to water and direct sunlight to preserve the leather’s colour and suppleness over time.





Production Process

Leather is sourced by Eponia, we are in direct contact with European tanneries. Every piece is cut, stitched, and finished by hand by skilled craftsmen, using traditional saddlery techniques. From leather selection to the final polish, each product passes through careful quality checks before it leaves our workshop.





Returns

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason, and a further 14 days to return the product. The full order amount, excluding shipping costs, will be refunded once the item is returned in its original, unused condition. To start a return, contact us at info@eponia.se.
