These general rules apply when you as a consumer (below stated as “you”) make purchases on, and uses the website eponia.se, events or trade shows and other sites connected (below stated “the website”). The terms make an agreement between you and Eponia Equestrian Sport AB, VAT no SE556641235801 (below stated as “Eponia Equestrian Sport AB “, “we”). By making a purchase and using this website you accept these terms and conditions.

Eponia Equestrian Sport AB can not be held responsible for any circumstances we can’t affect. We follow the Swedish laws Distans- och hemförsäljningslagen (2005:59).


All prices are in the chosen currency available for your country and sold taxes included. There are no limits for a minimum order amount or number of products. We reserve us for any price adjustments, law changes and obvious typing errors. Any eventual discount codes can not be combined with products that are already reduced in price or are newly released. The lowest price applicable will apply automatically.


We offer PayPal for all countries as the payment method and for some countries (Germany, Finland, Denmark and Norway) Klarna as a second payment method option. Trough Klarna you can choose invoice, card payment or part-payment.

Our gift certificates are valid until the expiry date in all countries to where we deliver.

If you are under 18 years old you’ll need a guardian’s approval for your purchase.

Klarna may take a fee, for example, if you fail to pay your Klarna-invoice in time until the due date. More information about how Klarna works can be found at klarna.com.

Invoices directly from Eponia Equestrian Sport AB that is paid after the due date will be charged with a late fee and a reference fee + 8%, and a reminder fee.

Delivery and shipping

We use standard international shipping worldwide through PostNord. The shipping fee can vary between 10-15 euro. The exact cost will appear at the checkout before your purchase has been finished. Customs- and import VAT and any other possible expenses will be paid by the customer.

We use environmentally friendly and recycled materials as much as possible for our packages.

You’ll receive an email or text message when your package is ready to collect at the nearest pickup point, as long as your email and/or cell phone number has been provided in your order.

Please note it is of the highest importance that you put in the correct email address and phone number, otherwise you will not receive needed information about your order.

Delivery time

Your package will be sent as soon as possible once ordered. For orders we pack and send orders within 2 days. For express orders it ships same day if order placed before 12 am CET. Most customers normally have their products after 5-8 working days, the delivery time depends on where you live.

We reserve us for products running out of stock. This will be noticed as soon as possible and you will then be able to choose if you wish to wait with your order until everything is in stock again, or remove the sold-out product from your order. Part-delivery may be possible, for an additional shipping fee.

Unclaimed packages

For packages that are unclaimed and sent back a fee of 35 euro will be added to cover additional shipping, packing and handling costs.

Purchase from a store

Have you purchased a Eponia product from a store you’ll need to contact the store where you made your purchase for changes and/or complaints.

Second-hand purchases

We can unfortunately not help you with a complaint or return if you have purchased Eponia products second hand from another private customer.


Eponia Equestrian Sport AB cannot be held responsible for any accidents or similar that may happen where our products have been used.

Keep in mind that leather is a natural material meaning it has more or less structure in its looks and that two products may slightly vary. Also keep in mind that leather is a material that can leave color marks on saddle pads, breeches, etc.

Beads, crystals and other embellishments on browbands, for example, are only for show. These embellishments are fragile and if they break or fall off they are not a cause for complaints.

We are happy to advise you about choosing the right size, however, we can´t guarantee a perfect fit.

Force majeure

In the event of war, natural disasters, labor market battles, decisions by the authorities, non-deliveries from subcontractors, costly circumstances, and thus a comparable event beyond our control which could not reasonably be foreseen, affecting entered into agreements and commitments on our part, and which causes us to if not able to keep the said agreement/commitment, such event shall form the basis for Eponia Equestrian Sport AB being released from our obligations to fulfill the said agreement
